Methodology

Built for useful buyer-intent signals, not raw portal dumps.

Signal Radar is a monitoring and filtering workflow for public-sector opportunities where AI, automation, software, data, cloud, or workflow vendors may have a reason to pay attention.

Sources monitored

SAM.gov, Grants.gov, FPDS, Federal Register, and related public sources. The source mix can expand as quality checks prove useful.

Fit scoring

Signals are scored for AI/software/automation relevance, status, deadline freshness, source availability, and vendor-actionability.

QA before publication

Public sample rows require active close dates, real source URLs, and external reachability checks where practical. The latest pass verified five top SAM.gov URLs with HTTP 200.

Human-readable brief

The feed is meant to help decide what to investigate next. It does not replace procurement review, eligibility review, legal review, or a capture strategy.
